Greetings,
My name is Michelle Heintze and I am seeking an Indonesian SisterSchool to further develop and enhance the language skills and intercultural understandings of the students at WodongaMiddleYearsCollege.
WodongaMiddleYearsCollege is an innovative MiddleYearsCollege with two campuses, situated in the rural border city of Wodonga in North-East Victoria.
ICT is a strong focus at the college, and is heavily integrated into the entire curriculum at the college, including the study of Indonesian and English.
I am interested in developing a sister school with “SMP Negeri 4 Tangerang Selatan (Pamulang 1)”, as we have a similar student body.

SMP Negeri 4 Kota Tangsel and Wodonga Middle Years School was linked by the sister school mediators. Dr. Peter Waterworth visited SMP Negeri 4 Kota Tangsel last October 2009. He met with the school principal, teachers, saw the schools, and talked with students. After he returned to Melbourne, he discussed it with Herli Salim who is the Indonesian school mediator. We put a promotion in VILTA magazine. Here we got response from Ms. Michelle Heintz who is the Indonesian language teacher as well as assistant team leader for Year 8. Congratulation to both school and start making contact.
